Whew, it's October. Incredible. This isn't a personal blog, I'll keep things brief. Moved out. Got a big computer. Pursuing a sizable promotion which will allow me to have my gf move in with me. Good stuff. As a result, I've been busy. The downside is this won't change anytime soon, and will likely get worse. I started uploading because I was in a bad place in my life and...I'm just not there anymore. I have friends, I go out and do things, I have a job I enjoy that takes a lot of my time and energy, and I couldn't be more content with all that. Uploads have been slow and uploads will continue to be slow. I'm going to finish off the request wave from last winter to the best of my ability and that will be the last wave I ever do. It burns me out too easily and I somehow didn't learn that lesson every time I did it. I'm not going away, I'm certainly not done, but I'm not making anymore excuses about "oh I'll be uploading more, this time for sure" because that's just not how it works. I'll upload when I upload and I'm not going to stress myself out anymore about how much time occurs in between. It's weird. I still have never considered myself an artist. I consider myself a C-Tier content creator at best, but I've met some truly wonderful people through here so I don't really care. I never went into this with the goal of getting a million favorites or whatever, I just wanted something to do in my free time and here we are. It's been fun. Oh, and don't be afraid to say hi. Ignore all the numbers on my page lol, just because I have 2k watchers or whatever doesn't mean I don't like meeting people. I've had some people say they feel awkward talking to me because they lurk and I...don't really care?~ Doesn't make you any less of a person, we'll all human regardless of something as vapid as page views. After looking through comments, notes, and chats, I've picked the five requests I want to do. If I picked your idea, you will have heard from me the number request you are. This isn't the order I'm doing them in, nor does it indicate if I liked your idea more or less than others, I just wanted to keep track of what I picked. Obviously this mean if you did not hear from me, then I did not pick your request. No guarantees on how quickly I get these done, work keeps me busy but I'll be making them a priority in my free time. Dunno when I'll open up requests again, depends on personal life stuff but should be no later than this summer.

This is a...very rough idea, and one I'm admittedly not fully committed to, but regardless I'd like to try. Now that I have my Aileen model, I'd like to extend an offer to any other MMDer with an OC. If you'd be interested, I'd be willing to do a pic with your OC if you'd like to do one with Aileen.

I have zero clue how stuff like this works, or if even this is how art trades are supposed to work But it seems like a kinda fun idea and a good way to potentially make some new friends, so I thought I'd give it a shot~
